This Privacy Notice explains how LuxuryRights processes information submitted through the public intake system and in connection with digital-rights enforcement support.

Information Processed During Intake

• Name and email address
• Organization or representation details, if provided
• Your relationship to the rights involved
• Asset and issue type
• Affected URLs
• Case description
• Authority confirmation

Purpose of Processing

Submitted information is used for case review, evaluation of enforcement options, communication with the submitter, and operational digital-rights enforcement support. Intake data is not collected through this form for unrelated marketing.

Data Sharing

Where necessary for an authorized case, relevant information may be shared with platforms, service providers, search services, hosting or infrastructure providers, or other appropriate recipients involved in reviewing or acting on the reported matter.

Sensitive and Explicit Media

Do not upload or email explicit imagery through the public intake. For initial review of NCII or synthetic-media matters, URLs and a short text description are sufficient.

Retention

Submitted information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for operational, security, record-preservation, dispute, or legal purposes relevant to the matter.
